I consider them more interesting and I get along with them better than the people I went to high school with and the people I've met in nightclubs.I have met a few people off myspace, one of which I met at a pub first, then found out she was on myspace, go figure? college so everyone there is into computers, It's only a matter of time before that happens.... We have had an unbelievable amount of members join the site recently from my home town.... I can't see that happening but many people who already have a computer and already have an ISP and have 2 hours to spare late at night when the pubs n clubs are closed manage to meet someone new...it is like as dodgy as speed dating and being registed with a dating agency maybe you could do search on msn in you local area there are lovely single girl's or get a mate to set you up on a blind date iam sure that you have mateswith single friends or try icq #?
He met loads of women through it and went on loads of dates, they have nights aswell where a bunch of ppl all meet up and get to know each other in a pub or something of the sort.
some dont have time to go to bingo etc and hope they meet someone who's looking for a relationship. From what they tell me it is the best of these three albeit a little more expensive:match.au Off the top of my head I can think of 3 of my friends who found their ideal partner on there..is living with the girl and recently got engagedanother is living with the girlanother just broke up due to cultural differences (well i consider it racist parents but lets not go there).

Within a few evenings you'll get a good idea of each site's features and whether that site might have what you're after.
Any site could have who you're looking for - I met my missus on lavalife, a friend of mine met her man on RSVP, another friend hooked up with a series of women from MSN and yahoo.
i would be assured to meet before giving them anything i guess..a valid point as some make out there something there not...
and you meet them and judge for your selves i know heaps that met on dating sites now for years but you can tell the one"s that are only after one thing. One of the guys did just that, he posted a pic that was either 10 years old or was of someone else completely.
if they are not what your looking for when you meet then you wal away....
at least when u do meet you can get into the real deal..beats batting off to a web cam dont ya think ?
